Today we did a wonderful cooking class in Chiang Mai at Zabb E Lee Cooking School. For roughly $35 USD we visited a market, learned to cook 10 thai dishes and even got our own cook books! We were even lucky enough to be the only two people signed up, so we got out instructor Fawn all to ourselves. For anyone visiting Chiang Mai, this is a must. Here are a few photos from our lesson. I can’t wait to throw a dinner party and impress everyone with my new dishes.
